Taylor Swift Advises Selena Gomez to “Cut off Ties” with Justin Bieber

Although the rivalry of Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift is already well documented, the long-standing feud reached a new height this week when the female singer convinced Selena Gomez to cut off her ties with the 22-year-old Justin Bieber.

As reported by Hollywoodlife.com, Justin Bieber totally ignored Selena Gomez on the backstage of the iHeartRadio Music Awards. Not amused by his attitude, Selena turned to Taylor who advised her friend to pull the plug on her relationship.

According to sources, Taylor wasn’t so vocal in her criticism of Justin Bieber for the last few weeks. However, that situation changed when Bieber broke the heart of Selena.

As reported by Hollywood life, Taylor told Selena that only moving away from the deteriorated relationship will bring back the calm factor in her life. In addition, the 26-year-old also told her friend that leaving Bieber would be the first step in her mission of meeting the man of her dreams.

Talking about a two-way feud, Justin added salt to the wounds of her ex by bringing in Hailey Baldwin to the iHeartRadio Music Awards. It was a shock to Selena who was expecting to see Bieber coming alone to the occasion.

Yet, to the credit of Justin, he had originally tried to bring Baldwin secretly to the Awards. In fact, the 22-year-old went to such lengths as he hid Baldwin at the backstage. This was an effort from Justin to reconcile his ties with Selena. However, thanks to the press and the prying eyes of Taylor Swift, Selena soon came to the realization that Bieber is trying to double cross her.

That is where she turned to her best friend Taylor Swift who advised him nothing but to sever her ties with the Singer once and for all. Miss Gomez listened to her advice silently but it still remains to see whether she would act upon her advice or not.
